What we collect

We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, selected plan, Order ID and payment status to process and deliver your order. Your WhatsApp number is required for order communication. Card or wallet details are handled by our payment partners and never stored by us.

How we use it

To deliver your eSIM, provide support, process refunds and prevent fraud. We never sell your data.

Service providers and international operations

Necessary order and payment information is shared with eSIM and payment providers to fulfil your purchase. AwAn Developers operates across UAE & Pakistan; provider processing may take place outside your country.

Retention and security

Customer order details and digital delivery information are retained for 24 hours and removed during automatic order cleanup. Monthly sales totals are retained without customer contact or activation details. Save your QR code and receipt after delivery. Support messages and payment providers' records may be retained separately to handle complaints and meet their legal obligations.
